Corinne Michaels & Melanie Harlow
Baby it’s Cold Outside

Vi Keeland & Penelope Ward
Kissmas in New York
It was just supposed to be a simple kiss with a stranger. I'd done it to prove a point--that I hadn't lost my sense of adventure. But you know what they say about the best laid plans. Maybe I'd get something in my stocking after all this holiday season...
Sierra Simone & Kennedy Ryan
The Christmas Crown
Noelani, queen of Manaroa, has one mission on her diplomatic visit to the States: forge strategic alliances for her homeland. Penny Reid & L.H. Cosway

Review
Just the Tip by Helena Hunting & L.J. ShenHeat=4/5 - This was a funny little romcom pairing together seeming opposites who were absolutely made for each other. Hunting and Shen created a delightful couple who shared a love for The Cure, historical facts, and sizzling hot chemistry.
Baby It's Cold Outside by Corinne Michaels & Melanie Harlow
Heat=3.5/5 - Harlow has just had her heart broken and she just wants to get through the holidays. If she could only get the dang tree through the door. When a handsome stranger offers to help, she realizes that this Christmas may not be as miserable as she expected. I love how fated Harlow and Michael were and how the authors captured the instant sizzle between them. The idea of them being fated for each other and the fact that they shared the names of the authors were tidbits that served as icing on the cake.
Kissmas in New York by Penelope Ward & Vi Keeland
Heat=1/5 - I dug how Margo finally taking a moment for herself, a spontaneous moment and one that led to such explosive results, ended up being the best thing she'd ever done. I loved the circumstances under which Chet and Margo met and how the authors worked in a bit of angst to spice things up. It turned out to be a sweet little story!
The Christmas Crown by Kennedy Ryan & Sierra Simone
Heat=4/5 - This story was full of heat, passion, feels, and intense chemistry. Noelani was groomed to be a queen and has gotten all to familiar to all the trappings. Now she's a queen without a king, burdened by expectations, and longing to be free. Never has she met a man like Brock Grimsby.
This man's body is a sin and I should cross myself just for looking at him.
He's a man she wants, a man she craves, a man she ultimately needs, and he sees her. Not her, the Queen Regent of Manaroa, but as Lani, a red-blooded woman. Grim and Lani share one exquisitely hot night together and I instantly craved their happy ending. I'm beyond thrilled to know that this isn't the end of their story!
Songbird by L.H. Cosway & Penny Reid
Heat=1/5 - Reading more like a prologue than anything else, the story of Ophelia and Broderick's meet-cute was evocatively sincere. The honesty between the characters was easily felt and I can only hope that these authors continue the story at some point. From their shared love of music to the offer of help to get her singing career started, I'd be interested to see if a romance could develop between these two.
EPIC by Elle Kennedy & Sarina Bowen
Jamie is stressed and all his husband, Wes, wants to do is help. He's being scouted, which could uproot their lives if he says yes. Then something magical happens and nothing is the same... it's better! I'm not familiar with these characters, but I was instantly wooed by the ease of their relationship. I'm guessing there's a story out there about these two that I'll probably fall in love with. Bring. It!

About the Authors
Helena Hunting

L.J. Shen

Before she’d settled down, L.J. (who thinks referring to herself in the third person is really silly, by the way) traveled the world, and collected friends from all across the globe. Friends who’d be happy to report that she is a rubbish companion, always forgets peoples’ birthdays and never sends Christmas cards.
She enjoys the simple things in life, like spending time with her family and friends, reading, HBO, Netflix and internet-stalking Stephen James. She reads between three to five books a week and firmly believes Crocs shoes and mullets should be outlawed.
Corinne Michaels

After spending months away from her husband while he was deployed, reading and writing was her escape from the loneliness. She enjoys putting her characters through intense heartbreak and finding a way to heal them through their struggles. Her stories are chock full of emotion, humor, and unrelenting love.
Melanie Harlow

Penelope Ward

She grew up in Boston with five older brothers and spent most of her twenties as a television news anchor before switching to a more family-friendly career.
Penelope lives for reading books in the new adult genre, coffee and hanging out with her friends and family on weekends.
She is the proud mother of a beautiful 13-year-old girl with autism (the inspiration for the character Callie in Gemini) and a 11-year-old boy, both of whom are the lights of her life.
Penelope, her husband and kids reside in Rhode Island.
Vi Keeland

Kennedy Ryan

She is a wife to her lifetime lover and mother to an extraordinary son. She has always leveraged her journalism background to write for charity and non-profit organizations, but enjoys writing to raise Autism awareness most. A contributor for Modern Mom Magazine, Kennedy’s writings have appeared in Chicken Soup for the Soul, USA Today and many others. The founder and executive director of a foundation serving Atlanta families living with Autism, she has appeared on Headline News, Montel Williams, NPR and other media outlets as an advocate for families living with autism.
Sierra Simone

She loves writing the dirtiest things that she can think of, King Arthur, sparkling water, Tarot, coffee, leggings, and learning new words daily.
Her previous jobs have included firing ceramics, teaching living history lessons in one-room school house in full, 1908-approved school marm attire, and working as a librarian for several years—not in that order
She lives in the Kansas City area with her hot cop husband, two children, and two giant dogs. (And two cats, but they're so naughty we don't talk about them.)
